Benefits Outsource Program
What are Managed Benefits?A managed benefits program gives a consulting firm the ability to offer their consultants the benefits of an employee without incurring the cost of providing those benefits. These benefits include medical, dental and pension plans.
Each consultant who chooses a managed benefit option becomes an employee of the program provider. The rate which is negotiated between the consultant and the consulting firm is paid to the program provider, and an agreed upon salary is paid by the program provider to the consultant. All payroll taxes are handled by the program provider.
This provides both the consulting firm and the consultant with their desired objectives.
